NB: Entry to International Confex is completely free for corporate event planners, agencies, associations, charities, not-for-profits, exhibition organisers, students and media. However, suppliers and venue representatives are required to purchase a Supplier Pass to attend. This is priced at £295 + VAT and ensures access to both days of the show. If you choose to exhibit in 2027, this amount will be deducted from your stand cost.
