Who can attend International Confex?
Confex is built for event organisers and buyers. You're welcome if you work in:
- Corporate event planning
- End-to-end full service Event Agencies
- Associations
- Not-for-profit and charity events
- Government event teams
- Exhibition organisers
- Conference and meeting planning
Can suppliers attend International Confex?
We don't offer free visitor passes to suppliers or venues, to protect the quality of connections our exhibitors get.
If you're a supplier, you have two ways in:
- Buy a Supplier Pass - £895, full show access. The cost comes off your stand price if you exhibit in 2027.
- Exhibit at the show - put your business in front of thousands of engaged buyers.
Can students attend International Confex?
Yes, through our student programme. We're partnering with AEME to deliver this in 2027. We'll work directly with your university to confirm which students take part.
You'll hear by January if you're confirmed on the programme. Students can only attend on Day 2.
The student registration form isn't live yet. Please don't register via the general form below. Student applications submitted through the general form will be rejected. Speak to your university or AEME for the right route in.
