In every content theatre, prompting screens and live captioning are available to enhance accessibility for all attendees. This ensures that everyone can fully engage with the presentations, regardless of hearing impairments.

Our commitment to accessibility includes the provision of a portable ramp, ready to be deployed wherever needed. This ensures that stages and feature areas are accessible to everyone, promoting inclusivity and participation for all guests.
Lower Check-in Kiosks
Recognising the diverse needs of our guests, we have lower check-in kiosks available for those who may require them. This ensures a smoother, more comfortable registration process for everyone, including those with mobility issues.
Reserved Areas in Theatres for Wheelchair Users
International Confex is proud to be hosting 8 busy theatres of content at the 2024 event, and we want to ensure that the show caters to all and each session is accessible to the event community.
To ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience, reserved areas within all theatres are provided for wheelchair users. These spots offer prime viewing and are conveniently located to ensure easy access to and from the theatre spaces.
