In partnership with EventLAB by Hirespace, the Exclusively London pavilion will feature a selection of handpicked venues offering a range of event solutions. We will also be hosting discussions with our venue partners and corporate organisers with helpful insights for fellow industry planners. We’ll be covering topics such as venue technology and virtual solutions as well as Sustainability and CSR, and venue booking tips.
Event Tech Zone
Set to be booming with innovation and opportunities to demo exciting solutions for online and hybrid extensions to live events. The Event Tech Zone is a showcase of the latest technology to service the events industry, discover technology providers ranging from AR & VR, event management software, registration providers, apps, audience engagement and more!
Mash Hub
At the heart of the show is the Mash Hub. Meet the editors from our leading publications, Exhibition News, Conference News, Access All Areas, Exhibition World and Conference & Meetings World. The Mash Hub will also be hosting a number of networking events across the two-days including Women in Exhibitions Network and Diversity Alley.

Back for the 3rd year, The Delegate Wranglers is always a hive of activity and buzz on the show floor. Sales Excellence Theatre
The Sales Excellence Theatre will host a series of seminars and panel discussions during which event sales professionals can access the latest insights and best practice. The Theatre is hosted by Flume Founder Raoul Monks, and will also have a ‘Meet the Expert' pod where visitors can have their sales-related questions answered by the Flume team.
