Tinique Hay is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and event business owner with over 12 years’ experience across the meetings, conference and private events sector. Driven by a deep passion for the events industry and a desire to build a lasting family legacy, Tinique founded her events management company, Hay Events.

A strong advocate for entrepreneurship, Tinique believes that when skills and passion align, purpose naturally follows. Through Hay Events, she supports founders, organisations and industry leaders in delivering impactful, strategically led events that elevate brand awareness and foster meaningful connections.

Alongside running Hay Events, Tinique is a Visiting Lecturer and Business Partner at the University of Hertfordshire, where she shares practical industry insight and inspires the next generation of professionals.
