Stephanie is responsible for sales and marketing at Exclusive Collection, described by City A.M. as offering “some of the most sought-after corporate meeting spaces in the UK.” Privately owned, Exclusive Collection was the UK’s first hotel group to become a certified B Corp.

Stephanie joined the company 16 years ago and is now a board director overseeing management, strategy and governance across the organisation. She has also won an award from Boutique Hotelier for her contribution to the industry. An innovative thinker, Stephanie takes a focused approach to sales development and client retention, bringing emerging consumer trends to life across the group’s hotels and estates.

Exclusive Collection has built a reputation for bringing a contemporary edge to some of England’s classic country house destinations. In addition to its hotels, the collection includes a championship golf course, a cookery school and a historic pub.

Last year, Exclusive Collection was named Brand of the Year at the Micebook Awards, won the Conference and Banqueting Award at the Hotel Cateys, and South Lodge received an Innovation Award at the Hotel Designs: Brit List Awards 2025.
