Stefica Divkovic was named Managing Director of Encore for the EMEA region in March 2024. She is responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s multi-year strategic plan for the EMEA region.

Stefica brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having spent the last two years with Everbridge Inc. as Senior Vice President of the EMEA region, focusing on scaling the customer and partner relationships across the region. Prior to Everbridge, she led both DACH and EMEA businesses for Verizon, and also held senior leadership roles at large global organisations such as T-Systems. Stefica brings expertise in business growth, operations, and cultural transformation in highly competitive environments, as well as a relentless focus on the customer experience.

Stefica sits on the board of the Digital Change Foundation and works with two NGOs that support refugees in Germany.
