Stacey Uwimana
Stacey has worked across the music and events industry for the past sixteen years.
Stacey has always been passionate about music and the arts and how it can impact communities, which led her to pursue a degree in journalism and media.
After graduation, Stacey worked as a music journalist for several years at various print and online publications, eventually venturing into events and marketing. During this time, she honed her skills in research, writing, and communication, all of which would later prove invaluable in her switch to project management. Stacey’s work as a project manager and music consultant, has seen her collaborate with artists and labels on a wide range of projects.
With a reputation for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, Stacey took on the role of Sustainability project manager for Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant and helped oversee all aspects of the event planning process, from initial concept development to final execution, with a particular focus on marginalised communities.
Outside of work, Stacey can be found at a gig, probably singing the wrong lyrics.
