Simon is group chief executive of STRATA Group. An integrated brand experience platform of six complimentary agencies that deliver at speed with proven and measured results. He has a life-long career in events. He trained in the theatre before moving into corporate event production and then working his way up through the corporate agency structure. In the past 30 years he has held a number of ownership and senior board positions. Some by design and some by accident. In 2019 he led a simultaneous MBO and acquisition of two agencies to form STRATA, followed by four further acquisitions, one start up and more recently raising investment funding through private equity to help fund future growth. The group employs approximately 220people in the UK and has revenue of more that £75m.
