Richard has a unique combination of work experience, giving him a wealth of industry knowledge. His operational and in-depth knowledge of events spans almost two decades.

In his time in the industry, he has held Operational, Commercial and Managerial roles and brings the unique perspective of someone who has worked in both front and back of house roles giving him a real understanding of all that is required to deliver a successful event

Richard joined Agiito, formerly NYS, in 2015. Richard’s commitment and hard work has resulted in him working his way up the operational world of Agiito’s venue-finding and events department to become National Head of Operations in 2020.

Richard’s reputation for getting the job done has contributed towards the Agiito Events and Operations team’s record growth, for further instilling a growth mind-set and culture of playing to win.
