With over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and People Development, I am passionate about helping people and organisations thrive, particularly in the fast paced events and hospitality environment of a busy venue.

As HR Director at the QEII Centre, I lead the design and delivery of our HR strategies, ensuring they align with the Centre’s goals and values while supporting an exceptional experience for our clients. My work covers all aspects of HR, from recruitment and performance management to wellbeing, organisational development, and continuous professional development. I am also proud to champion our Investors in People framework and contribute to the Centre’s strategic direction as an active Board member.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading and spending quality time with my children and wider family.
