I joined Eden in the mid 1990s and have worked across every part of the business before becoming Managing Director in 2018. My role spans client, supplier and competitor relationships, alongside protecting award winning food and service, driving technology innovation and leading Eden’s sustainability agenda.
I specialise in sustainable catering practices, helping organisations reduce environmental impact through responsible sourcing, menu design and measurable carbon reduction.
