Meera is a data-driven strategist and the co-founder of two ventures: Clusivity, a specialist DEI analytics company; and Grow This Event, a tech company behind Ezna, the AI Event Concierge that sends high-intent buyers to exhibitors at scale.

With a background spanning strategy consulting, analytics, and academic research into gender and race inequalities, Meera brings a rare blend of technical and social-impact expertise. Her work spans global DEI measurement, AI-driven product innovation, and advising leadership teams on change that sticks.

Meera holds a Master’s in Gender Studies from the London School of Economics and a degree in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge. She is also the host of The AI-genda, a podcast spotlighting the innovators shaping the future of AI in events.
