Maxime Eduardo is the Co-founder and CEO of Naboo, the AI-powered marketplace redefining the $500B+ corporate events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.

Maxime began his career as a consultant at Oliver Wyman before serving as CEO of the logistics firm Labatut Group. In 2021, he co-founded Naboo to eliminate the complexity of event planning through a centralized "Event Operating System" that automates 90% of back-office processes using proprietary AI.

Under his leadership, Naboo has raised approximately $100 million in funding, including a recent $70 million Series B led by Lightspeed Venture Partners to fuel its North American expansion. Based between Paris and the company’s new hub in New York, Maxime is scaling Naboo toward a goal of $1 billion in transaction volume by 2027. The platform currently serves over 4,000 companies, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, and 75% of the CAC 40.
