Author of 'Around the World in 80 Events' and PhD candidate in Customer Experience within Events and Tourism at Leeds Beckett University, Matthew Lamb, has a significant amount of experience when it comes to everything about customer journey. Based in Glasgow projects have taken Matthew global being part of training with Qatar Tourism and projects with numerous Commonwealth Games as well national projects working with leading cultural and music venues.

As a former lecturer, Matthew aims to take audiences on a journey and leave audiences with significant takeaways.
