Matt is a commercial leader and Chief Revenue Officer with over 20+ years of experience building and scaling revenue engines across SaaS and event technology businesses.
He specialises in helping early-stage and SME organisations move from founder-led sales to structured, repeatable commercial models that drive enterprise growth. Operating at board level in founder-led, VC-backed, and investor-backed environments, Matt is trusted to reposition products, reset go-to-market strategy, and professionalise sales operations to unlock scale.
His technology background spans SaaS platforms, CRM and ERP systems, geospatial planning tools, onsite event technology, and data analytics. He has led complex enterprise sales to C-suite stakeholders across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, working with organisations including Informa Markets, RX, Clarion Events, World Rugby, UCAS, the NHS, Formula 1, RHS, ExCeL London, and Farnborough International.
Beyond his executive roles, Matthew contributes to shaping the industry as Chair of the Association of Event Venues Cross Association Working Group for Technology and Chair of the Event Supplier and Service Association Sales Working Group, and mentors for NOWIE's (The Network of Women in Events) Level Up mentoring programme.
He speaks on commercial transformation, revenue architecture, enterprise sales strategy, and translating complex technology into clear commercial value for non-technical decision-makers.
