Marek has over 10 years’ experience at etc.venues creating nutritious and healthy menus for some of our largest venues. Initially he joined as Head Chef at etc.venues Dexter House but is now Executive Chef at our largest City venue 133 Houndsditch, regularly serving over 600 delegates a day. He has a passion for food and the culinary arts and is always looking for ways to innovate the food service at etc.venues. One of his key innovations was the introduction of the ever-popular Bento Box for our conference delegates. As Head Chef at etc.venues Fenchurch Street he introduced an “all-day grazing” concept that gave delegates a selection of food throughout the day.
