Recently Kim launched Experience Designed a consulting and advisory agency network that works with creative businesses and their clients to create breakthrough marketing innovation and deliver measurable business results by applying a new strategic approach to branding and experience design.
Kim has worked with many of the world’s leading brands in nearly every region of the world and has held senior roles at some of the world’s leading experience marketing agencies. He created the experiential division of MCI called MCI Experience and before this launched experiential agency FreemanXP in EMEA. He held the position of CEO at Project: Worldwide EMEA where he led a network of engagement marketing agencies to deliver experience marketing campaigns and events for brands such as BMW, Cisco, Salesforce.com and P&G. Kim was also Managing Director of George P. Johnson (GPJ) EMEA the largest Project: Worldwide agency and one of the top events and experience marketing agencies producing events like Cisco Live, Dreamforce, and Cisco House, the Panasonic Pavilion and the Tencent Broadcast Centre at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Prior to GPJ Kim has held senior management positions with two of the industry’s leading global media and marketing companies including Ziff Davis Media and International Data Group. He has lived and worked in the U.S., Asia and Europe and has led at the fault line of some of the most important transitions in the marketing and advertising industry.
