I lead the operational and commercial planning for our events, including venue procurement, floorplan and experience design, sponsorship opportunity development, budget ownership and forecasting. My role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, ensuring our events are operationally robust, financially sound, and designed to support meaningful partnerships across the women’s health ecosystem.

Alongside portfolio planning, I oversee end to end event operations, from supplier and AV management to stakeholder coordination and on site delivery. I’m particularly focused on how operational decisions shape attendee experience, designing environments that feel clear, calm and welcoming, especially for first time and solo attendees.

With close to five years’ experience delivering international confex style events across life sciences and women’s health, I bring a data led, detail driven approach to continuous improvement, balancing precision with creativity to deliver measurable impact.
