Hayley Nicholson is an award-winning event content specialist with over 250 conferences and training programmes to her name. She’s known for sharp programming, creative problem-solving and a calm, collaborative approach, guided by her belief that “bad content is boring and boring content is bad”. A sector-agnostic producer, she brings strong editorial rigour and energy to every brief, whatever the topic.

Hayley has worked with speakers from some of the world’s most recognised organisations, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, the UK Government, HSBC and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Her work has been recognised with industry accolades including CN30underThirty, the C&IT Corporate A-List, the PPA Next Gen Award and M&IT’s Tomorrow’s Talent. In 2022, she was also selected for the prestigious Fast Forward 15 mentorship programme.

Hayley is the co-host of Speak Easy, the first podcast dedicated to the art (and reality) of conference production, exploring the behind-the-scenes world of programming, speaker recruitment and on-site delivery.

Outside of work, she’s a classically trained flautist of over 20 years, an avid reader, and a keen kayaker and camper in North Wales.
