Harry grew up in Devon by the sea. He cut his event-management-teeth on BrixFest, a community arts and culture festival which ignited his passion for bringing people together through events. He graduated from The University of Surrey with a first-class degree in International Event Management and began his career in b2b with emap Publishing in 2018.

Now Head of Event Operations, he leads a team of x12 ops staff organising over 40 annual events across varied sectors, delivering award ceremonies, exhibitions, conferences, bespoke activations, webinars, and podcasts. His focus areas for 2025 are; new launch events, using AI to make us all more efficient, and continuing to drive the sustainability and accessibility agendas across the portfolio.

In his ‘spare’ time, Harry works in crowd safety in the event control rooms of major events having held roles at London Marathon, Ride London, The London Stadium, The London New Year Fireworks, Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Manchester Marathon, Boomtown Festival, Ascot Racecourse, amongst others.

Harry has a close relationship with his alma mater, frequently returning to Surrey as a guest lecturer: addressing the new cohort of event management students.
