Gill Geens has extensive operations, logistics, and event management experience, coupled with years of running her own freelance operations business. She began her career at Birmingham’s NIA before joining the NEC’s in-house organising team, Centre Exhibitions, where she helped steer its acquisition by Clarion Events.
Her strategic, hands-on approach has helped several of Ways & Means’ clients not just expand but be in the best commercial position for acquisition. Gill has been key to managing growth and steadying the ship through times of transition for the likes of The National Wedding Show, Big Data LDN, and the London Stationery Show. Her calm approach allows her to lead and deliver Ways & Means' events with the perfect balance of flair and function. A keen eye for detail, combined with strong leadership, diplomacy, and a great sense of humour, makes Gill a pleasure to work with and a valued member of any team.
