Previously, Ewelina served as Global Events & Strategy Manager at Meta, where she led initiatives across 100+ sites, including the award-winning GameOn Hackathon, recognized for Best DE&I Initiative in 2022. A passionate advocate for diversity, she contributed to the Women@ EMEA steering committee, Global Hackathon Board, and Global Community Leader Advisory Committee.
