Emma Castle has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in the events and experiential sectors. She has worked across a number of leading specialist event recruitment agencies, most recently at Director level.
Alongside her recruitment career, Emma brings first-hand industry insight, with a background spanning agency, venue, outside party planning and catering roles.
In 2014, she founded her own recruitment agency focused exclusively on events and experiential talent. She works closely with a loyal client base, delivering considered, high-quality recruitment solutions informed by a deep understanding of the industry.
