Deborah Ward-Johnstone is Event Director at Revolution Events, where she leads a national portfolio of B2B exhibitions and conferences across the UK. As a portfolio event organiser, she holds full commercial accountability for revenue, margin and long-term growth - owning not just delivery, but the financial performance and sustainability of the events themselves.
Working across multi-revenue exhibition and conference models, Deborah collaborates closely with venues, contractors, production partners and sponsors to build strategically aligned supply chains that strengthen pitches, enhance live delivery and drive repeat business. She believes that in an increasingly cost-sensitive market, the most effective partnerships combine long-term trust with commercial transparency and ongoing performance challenge.
