Constantine is the Founder of The Producers Room, a global community for producers and production leaders, the network helps producers navigate the opportunities of AI and changing customer expectations.

He previously founded Event Producer Pro, an AI-native SaaS platform that reimagined how producers research topics, speakers, sponsors, and delegates. He continues to work with organisers and investors exploring new applications of the EPP technology.

Constantine also serves as Non‑Executive Chair of Rosconf, the market leading conference organizer in the markets of the CIS.

Earlier, he spent 14 years as Founder & CEO of Trinity Group, one of the CIS region’s leading business events providers. Trinity incorporated four major brands—Infor-media (a joint venture with Informa plc), Adam Smith Conferences (acquired from Informa plc), BBCG, and Exposystems—and delivered over 100 events annually across life sciences, finance, energy, retail, and customer experience. His leadership included significant M&A activity, integrating acquired brands and partnerships into a unified, market‑leading portfolio.

His career began with senior roles at Expomedia Group Plc and ITE Group plc (now Hyve plc), where he launched and scaled event portfolios across CEE and Russia.
