Clare Melton joined Advent in May 2024 and is Event Lead for EMEA & APAC, based in London. She is responsible for the strategy and delivery of large-scale events activities across Europe & APAC.

Prior to joining Advent, Clare led events functions across several large corporates in the financial services and real estate sectors, leading on event strategy and delivery globally.

Clare holds a BA in European Studies from the University of London
