Charlotte Gough is the Managing Director of MCI UK’s teams - a global marketing engagement agency with offices in London, Portsmouth and Liverpool. With around 60 people across the UK, MCI brings together deep sector expertise and strong strategic, creative and experiential capabilities, strengthened by the mergers with Meet and Potato and Pure Communications Group, to deliver greater scale, impact and value for clients.

Charlotte has been part of MCI since 2007, shaping her career across a range of roles including marketing, PR, association management, business development and client services. Known for her empathetic and approachable leadership style, she brings people together with ease and has a sharp instinct for understanding what clients need to succeed.
