Catherine specialises in helping organisations engage diverse audiences through the design and delivery of truly inclusive events. She is the co-founder and Director of Attendable, an inclusive events agency where accessibility, equity and inclusion underpin every project.

In 2025, Catherine co-founded the Accessible Events Show alongside Shani Dhanda and Orla Pearson — a flagship industry event championing best practice, innovation and leadership in accessible events.

With strong influencing skills and board-level experience, Catherine has served as a Council Member of the British Assistive Technology Association (BATA) and as Chair of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diversity Working Group. She was also an Associate of the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion.

Previously, Catherine founded Big Voice Communications, a specialist inclusive communications consultancy, and spent seven years as Director of Communications at Business Disability Forum, leading an award-winning rebrand and communications for over 400 corporate members. Her career also includes roles as Chief Executive of Networking for Industry and Commercial Attaché at the German Embassy in London.

A passionate advocate for inclusive communications, Catherine is the author of a CIPR skills guide on inclusive practice and a contributor to Platinum, a book celebrating excellence in public relations.
