Cat is an accomplished business leader and award-winning event professional with over 18 years’ experience delivering complex, high-profile projects across the UK and Ireland. With a background in media production and a Master’s in Project Management, she co-founded BeaconHouse Events in 2014 and has since played a pivotal role in its growth as one of the North East’s leading event agencies. As Director, she oversees Culture, Team, Operations and Event Quality - embedding excellence, creativity, and purpose in every project.

Cat has produced events spanning corporate, public, academic and creative sectors; from major international conferences and festivals to high-impact corporate experiences. Renowned for her strategic approach and calm leadership, she is also a passionate advocate for wellbeing within the industry and a champion of responsible, sustainable delivery.
