With over 20 years of experience in the exhibitions industry, Caroline Gourlay is a respected leader and is Head of B2B Exhibition Sales at Excel London.

Alongside her role at Excel, Caroline has been an active contributor to Women in Exhibitions UK for several years and stepped into the role of President in January 2025.

Women in Exhibitions UK is dedicated to empowering the next generation of female leaders through meaningful networking, learning opportunities and mentorship. Today, the network brings together more than 50 corporate members from across the industry, providing them with access to a full suite of development resources.
