Adeola is the EMEA and APAC Events Lead at Octus, a fintech firm delivering credit data, analytics and intelligence to global buyside, investment banking, legal and advisory clients. With over 10 years’ experience in event strategy and marketing, she has led events for up to 800 attendees, consistently aligning experiences with organisational goals while maximising impact.

Known for creating immersive experiences without breaking the budget, Adeola has produced high-engagement events across both corporate and social sectors. At Octus, she led the brand’s launch event at London’s Sky Garden, transforming the space into an interactive, sensory experience through clever resource planning. She has also delivered a series of AI-focused events where she combined storytelling, technology, and low-cost creative solutions to craft environments that felt premium without the premium spend.

Her strong negotiation skills, longstanding supplier relationships, and experience previously working in the not-for-profit sector, where she perfected the art of achieving high-quality outcomes on limited budgets - continue to inform her approach to designing cost-effective yet memorable experiences in profit-driven organisations.

Outside of Octus, Adeola organises a range of social events, including weddings, sporting, and music events, serves as a mentor, and is a committed DEI advocate, having chaired inclusion councils and currently chairing the Octus Women's Network.
