JET Attending International Confex 2026

International Confex is the UK’s leading event for the events industry, bringing together hundreds of suppliers, venues and technology providers with thousands of event professionals at ExCeL London each February. With packed content theatres and a wide range of exhibitors, it remains one of the most valuable opportunities to learn, connect and have real conversations face to face.

We’ve been exhibiting at Confex for several years now, and in 2026 we’re back again for our third year running. Every time we attend, we are reminded why in-person conversations still matter. There is no substitute for speaking directly with event organisers about what actually happens when events go live.

Why We Keep Coming Back to Confex

At JET, we build registration technology for event organisers. That means we need to understand the reality of running events, not just how things are supposed to work on paper. We need to hear about last-minute changes, sponsor requests that arrive late, badge reprints on event morning, and attendees who turn up without confirmation emails.

The conversations we have at Confex give us exactly that insight. We speak with organisers running everything from small association conferences to large-scale trade shows, and they are open about what is working and what is not. They talk us through the workarounds they have built because their current systems cannot do what they need. They ask whether something is possible that they have never seen a platform support before.

Those conversations directly influence what we build at JET. Features we have added, problems we have prioritised fixing, and even entire approaches we have rethought often start with honest feedback from organisers at events like Confex.

What We’re Bringing This Year

Since last Confex, we have made a number of significant updates based on organiser feedback.

We have launched a new Exhibitor Management Platform and Exhibitor Dashboard to reduce the back-and-forth involved in exhibitor setup. Organisers get a central place to manage exhibitor lists, passes and communications, while exhibitors can manage their own profiles, passes and guest invites without raising support tickets.

DIY Registration, previously known as Self-Serve, gives organisers full control of their own check-in solution. The redesigned JET Onsite app now includes a cleaner interface, customisable check-in screens and more opportunities for sponsor branding.

We have also introduced embedded registration forms that sit directly on your website, helping to reduce abandoned registrations and keep branding consistent, alongside automated abandoned registration reminders that bring attendees back without manual follow-up.

We will be available at our stand to talk through all of this, but more importantly, we want to hear about the challenges you are facing right now.

Our stand is set up for proper conversations, with seating where you can take time to explain your setup and ask questions without feeling rushed.

You will be able to meet members of #TeamJET who have worked on the organiser side themselves and understand the pressure of event day. Alongside practical conversations, we are also bringing something a little more hands-on to the stand, giving you a reason to stop by, get involved and have a chat.
