Benchmark Collective, the global consultancy specialising in event rebooking strategy, has announced it will exhibit for the first time at International Confex on 25–26 March 2026.
The consultancy will bring its popular Rebook Clinic to the show, offering event organisers free, one-to-one access to industry experts to help tackle common rebooking challenges and improve rebook performance for the long-term.
Across the two-day exhibition, Benchmark Collective’s Directors will be on hand to provide mini consultancy sessions. The Rebook Clinic is designed to offer practical, commercially focused advice that organisers can apply immediately, whether they are looking to increase rebook rates, strengthen exhibitor relationships, or future-proof revenue streams.
“Rebooking remains one of the most powerful yet under-utilised growth levers for event organisers,” said Helen Patching, Director of Benchmark Collective. “Our aim at Confex is to give organisers useful and practical guidance they can act on straight away, without the barrier of consultancy fees.”
The appearance at Confex marks a key milestone for Benchmark Collective and reinforces its position as the leading global consultancy dedicated exclusively to rebooking excellence.
Event organisers can book a free consultancy slot in advance by contacting info@benchmarkcollective.com. Sessions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
