Take a tour of the globe at International Confex 2021.
Through market research conducted at International Confex 2020 and subsequent delegate polls we are aware that over half of our 8,000 visitors have international budget responsibility and 74% have specific interest in sourcing International venues hotels and destinations.
In 2020 the Confex team successfully launched a dedicated speed networking session connecting International venues, H hotels and destinations with qualified UK buyers with the intention of holding international events. Participants included JW Marriott Cancun, Eikon Exhibition Centre, Stockholmsmässan, Sunsail Events, GHS Global Hospitality, Catalan Tourist Board, Grecotel Hotels and Resorts, Arrigo Group (Malta) to name a few. And this popular feature will return again for 2021.
Senior delegates from Reed, Emap, Marie Curie, Macmillan, Sales Force, Informa, George P Johnson, Montgomery Group, Accenture enjoyed informative and engaging sessions which expanded their contact base for future events.
With the need to kickstart events globally, UK event planners are extremely keen on re-establishing their contacts with international representatives and so, International Confex has launched it’s dedicated International Zone to offer a unique opportunity to expedite the restart of the community globally.
International Confex will be in a position to celebrate and bring together the event community in 2021 and the International zone gives delegates the opportunity to connect face to face with the countries able to attend. The zone offers each destination stand the opportunity to set appointments ahead of the show and have Live face to face meetings at Confex as well as conduct them over a live stream on their physical stand (should they be unable to travel)

With the timing of the show we have to anticipate a Covid hangover and so, those exhibitors concerned about being unable to attend physically can still plan their branding on site and book appointments for the show period.
