Ed is the founder and MD of 73 Media – an event organiser and agency. Creators of One Earth Show and The Rugby Show, 73 Media aims to deliver great events, have fun and make a difference. In a 25+ year career, Ed has worked on events across 44 countries and 5 continents and has a lot of Hard Rock shot glasses. His vision is to grow 73 into a business/brand that the team, customers, attendees (and his kids) can be proud of. He also likes making 90’s rock music videos…

Greg Sewell, Commercial Director, Clarion Events

Greg is Group Commercial Director at Clarion Events which he joined in 2011 and leads all aspects of sales excellence and driving revenue growth initiatives around the globe. With over 20 years’ experience in sales from the coalface to the boardroom, Greg has led and managed successful field, retail, digital, inbound and outbound sales functions in a variety of businesses, ranging from Informa to Virgin. Commercially integrating some of Clarion’s biggest acquisitions has been a career highlight and currently he is modernising the sales teams through behavioural science, smart technology and training insights. Greg hails from Essex where he lives with his wife, two children and labrador called Trevor.

Lori Hoinkes is the Managing Director of Fresh Montgomery, part of the Montgomery group that has been running face-to-face events since 1895. Montgomery is the largest privately owned events business in the UK.

Lori has held senior roles across major manufacturing companies in both Canada and the UK, and more recently co-founded a technology company. Lori has a passion for food and hospitality; the industries which Fresh Montgomery specialises in, and she is obsessed with all things data and technology.

Ruth Carter, Director, Red Fox Advisory

Ruth has forged a successful international CEO career leading high growth B2B and B2C businesses in the exhibition, conference and publishing sectors in organisations including Daily Telegraph, Informa, UBM and Emap and has launched and grown companies everywhere from Shanghai to Santa Monica.

She is currently Director at Red Fox Advisory, a specialist consultancy working with global companies to drive growth, acquisition plans and transformation strategies for both physical and digital products.

Ruth is also a Non-Executive Director of Inclusive Companies Ltd, the premier cross-industry network championing diversity in the workplace and Executive Mentor for ‘Be the Business’, the government backed support for senior executives leading SMEs to help fast track productivity and performance.
