Revenue Positive - Good times ahead for associations post COVID
With the main streams of revenue for most associations being derived from membership and annual conference fees, having a global lockdown brings with it a significant hit the sector. However it's not all bad news. The pandemic also brought with it a want for people otherwise isolated in their homes to connect, gave them more time to invest in learning and development, and removed many of the financial and geographic barriers felt in the time before COVID. With this new awareness could associations accelerate growth, retention, participation and engagement to increase revenues in a post COVID world?
