Onsite Solutions - Badging, Lead Retrieval and Organizer Scanning App

BADGING

Our badging service is fully integrated with Delegate Select’s registration solution. Provided that your registrant data is entered into our database (via upload from a spreadsheet, data pulled via API or through direct registration through our event web-portal) we can setup a badge template and in a variety of formats, including:

• single or double-sided A6, on custom designed stock
• as printable pdfs – 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 badges per sheet if you are planning to print onto A4 or A5 badge stock on a laser printer

Typically, the following information can be included on a badge:

• First Name and  Last Names
• Company/Organization
• Job Title
• QR Code (with encoded data)
• Registration Type (e.g. Exhibitor, Delegate, etc…)

It is possible to add other fields such as Registrant Photo or Company Logo.

Event badges can be pre-printed or printed on demand. Kiosk-style badge printing is also available, where attendees present a QR code (sent by email or SMS) and their badge is automatically printed in real time.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

If badges are produced with an encoded QR Code using our badging solution, they can be scanned at your event, as permitted by the organizer.

Our lead retrieval app is a web-app (and not a native app that needs to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play), making it far more accessible.

The app can be fully branded with your event name, rather than Delegate Select’s, and when added to the home screen by a user on their mobile device can display a custom icon.

Authorized users of the app, e.g. Exhibitors, can star-rate leads scanned and annotate them with predefined tags and personal comments.

Users can download and share their leads directly from within the app as an Excel/CSV file. Alternatively, they can access them by logging into their account on the event web portal.

Authorized exhibitors can have a single or multiple access code. With a single access code, leads scanned by members of the same company will appear against a single user account. With multiple access code each staff member can have their own access code and act independently.

Typically scanning scenarios include:

• Exhibitors or Suppliers collecting leads of potential customers and business partners
• All attendees scanning and collecting each other’s details at peer-to-peer events

ORGANIZER ONSITE SCANNING APP

The onsite organizer web-app works in conjunction with the badging solution, and requires internet connectivity to use all features fully.

The onsite app enables organizers to scan badges of attendees to mark them as having arrived at the event, entered program session or attended a scheduled meeting. It can also be used to view and print out attendee badges manually or automatically when a barcode/QR code is scanned.

The app also allows organizers to see in real time who has been scanned into the sessions/meetings. This is an especially useful tool to organizers prioritizing 1-to-1 meetings as they can monitor meetings that are in jeopardy and can intervene if necessary
