The vFairs Mobile App addresses this by giving attendees a single, centralized interface for navigating and participating in an event. Attendees can browse the full agenda, filter sessions by track, build a personalized schedule, and reserve seats for high-demand sessions — with real-time availability shown through a custom seating plan. An AI-powered event assistant, trained on event content and organizer documentation, can answer attendee questions on the spot.
Networking is built into the app through the vFairs chat platform, meeting scheduler, and audio/video call capabilities. Attendees can search for and connect with other participants, scan QR codes to exchange contact information with exhibitors, and engage with a live event feed through photos and comments. Venue maps help attendees navigate the space and explore exhibitor booths directly from their phone.
For organizers, the app supports push notifications, live polling, Q&A, and real-time announcements — all manageable from the backend. Sponsors gain visibility through in-app banner ads, splash screens, and a dedicated sponsors page. The app supports multiple languages simultaneously and includes offline syncing for areas with limited connectivity.
