Catch the MICE to Showcase Major Event Tech Innovations and the Live Broadcast Hub at International Confex 2026
Alongside the live content programme, Catch the MICE will unveil and showcase new developments from several of its technology partners.
Eventene will present its new gamification module and upgraded client interface, demonstrated live within the Event Community App environment. Positioned as a must-visit destination for planners, Eventene provides accessible, on-demand intelligence and resources designed to support more informed event planning decisions.
IntelliGO will be relaunched with a completely refreshed look and significant backend enhancements focused on data security. The platform now operates on UK-based servers with UK hosting and full GDPR compliance. These updates have been driven by growing client demand, particularly from the Asia-Pacific market, where secure, non-US-hosted solutions are increasingly required.
Catch the MICE is also proud to announce it will represent and launch Event Tech Atlas at Confex 2026. This new decision-support platform for event planners is designed to help buyers navigate the increasingly complex event technology landscape. Both founders and the full senior management team will be present on the stand to demonstrate the platform and engage directly with the market.
All live content from the stand, including selected material from previous Confex activity, will be broadcast free of charge via IntelliGO and promoted across both UK and US audiences, extending reach far beyond the exhibition floor. Recorded highlights will be repurposed and released post-event in March.
To drive footfall and create standout engagement, the stand will feature a series of high-energy activations, including:
- Breakfast Disco Yoga morning energiser with Sarah Hunt
- Mid-afternoon wellness recharge sessions for attendees
- InstaHits live performances from Sam McNeil of Song Division at lunchtime and in the afternoons
- A silent seminar-style disco experience to close day one
Activity will extend beyond the stand, with Catch the MICE supporting the Event Tech Meet-Up on the evening prior to the show and their own hospitality for stand partners and event planners on Wednesday evening.
Stuart Mitchell, Managing Director of Catch the MICE, said:
“Our objective at Confex is to create real, practical value for event planners and our partners. By combining live content, on-stand experiences and the introduction of important new technology capabilities, we are helping buyers cut through the noise and make smarter event decisions.”
Visitors are encouraged to experience the activity live at the Catch the MICE stand during International Confex 2026. Those unable to attend in person can register free to watch the IntelliGO broadcast online.
