For exhibitors we store your booths, stands, displays, banners, give-aways, goodies etc.  You tell us which ones to ship to your event, we pack and ship as required, worldwide.  Small parcels to whole van-loads.

For conference organisers we can consolidate your exhibitors stands and give-aways receiving from courier, carrier and freight forwarders.  We then make one timed delivery to your event and collect after the event for returning to your exhibitors. 

For gala night and awards organisers, we can receive your sponsors leaflets, samples and give-aways, insert into your goody bags and deliver to you once your tenancy commences at the venue.   

For venues including hotels and London-based meeting room hire companies, we can receive all the shipments targeted for an event in our facility, then deliver them in a timely, orgainsed way to your venue - saves your concierge trying to manage multiple shipments.  We also act as importer for foreign shipments arriving and pay taxes etc. saving you the headaches.
