In December, TransUnion brought its global teams together for an end-of-year Town Hall that blended live in-person engagement with a dynamic online broadcast. Stream7 was proud to partner on this hybrid event at North Church in Leeds, delivering full event production and global live streaming that connected colleagues across continents with creativity and technical precision.
From early planning right through to on-site delivery, our expert team worked closely with the TransUnion event leads to design a seamless experience that balanced impactful presentations with interactive moments and live entertainment. The production included professional sound, lighting, staging and direction for the live audience, alongside a broadcast-quality video stream that ensured clarity and reliability for remote participants tuning in from around the world.
A standout feature of the Town Hall was a bespoke gameshow segment we concepted, designed and built specifically for the programme. The custom gameshow set added visual energy and helped create an engaging, memorable moment for both in-room and online viewers, reinforcing the event’s theme of connection and fun.
Interactive tools were integrated into the live stream so that both physical attendees and virtual participants could take part in polls and Q&A sessions through a single platform. This helped break down barriers between remote and on-site audiences, enabling real-time participation and creating a truly inclusive event experience.
