Tecna partnered with Informa to deliver the full AI Summit London, creating a large-scale, high-performance exhibition environment for one of the world’s leading AI events.

The project encompassed the design and build of over 70 exhibition spaces alongside multiple branded zones, feature areas, and shared environments; all delivered using a modular, sustainable approach. The show floor was carefully planned to support visitor flow, content engagement, and meaningful interaction across a fast-paced, content-rich event.

Working end to end, Tecna managed every stage of delivery, from early planning and spatial design through to logistics, installation, and on-site execution. Precision engineering and rigorous project management ensured the show was delivered seamlessly, on time, and at scale, while maintaining flexibility for exhibitors and organisers alike.

The result was an immersive, future-facing event environment that supported innovation, conversation, and connection; reflecting the ambition of the AI Summit brand and delivering a world-class experience for exhibitors, speakers, and visitors.
