1. TONY ROGERS
Tony is Managing Director of his own consultancy business, Tony Rogers Conference & Event Services, established in 2009, focusing on industry research, venue and destination consultancy, education/training/CPD, and writing about the events and conference industry. Prior to this he enjoyed leadership roles with three trade associations: Eventia, the British Association of Conference Destinations, and the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers. He is the author of several books on the international conference industry and a Visiting Fellow at the UK Centre for Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University.

2. SALLY GREENHILL
Sally is Managing Director of The Right Solution, specialist consultants in the development of conference and exhibition venues – major projects have included the ACC Liverpool, Manchester Central, Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Before starting The Right Solution in 1995, Sally had spent 20 years in the conference industry working in hotel management, venue finding, and with the major event management company Spectrum Communications (now Jack Morton). She has been involved in conference and event organisation all over the world. Sally also undertook the ‘British Meetings & Events Industry Survey 2009’.

3. ROB DAVIDSON
Rob is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster. His area of expertise is the conference and incentive travel sector, and he writes widely on this subject. He runs his own consultancy, and has run research projects and training programmes for many high-profile MICE organisations. At EIBTM each year, he launches his annual report on trends in the conference and incentive industry. For the past four years, he has featured in Conference & Incentive Travel magazine’s list of the 50 most influential people in the UK conference industry.

4. JULIE NORBURN
Julie is Group Sales Director for Banks Sadler Ltd. She has over 15 years of experience working in the conferencing and events world, with clients both in the UK and overseas. Her knowledge is gained from past roles on the client, venue and agency side. She spent over 7 years living and working in the Middle East and North Africa managing events across various industry profiles. In 2001, Julie joined Banks Sadler in a Business Development role and she is now Sales Director for the Banks Sadler Group. During this time, Julie has worked with a host of major corporate clients on their Meeting Management Programmes, liaising closely with procurement, marketing and communications teams as well as some of the most forward-thinking and strategic travel managers in the business. |

5. JACINTA SCANNELL
Jacinta has worked in conference and event management for over 20 years. Her company, Happening, established in 1995, specialises in conference and exhibition management, and event marketing and reflects the growing recognition of the importance and value of professional event and conference management, public relations and marketing in today's constantly changing and evolving marketplace. Her experience covers events in the UK, Europe and further afield with a range of sectors including medical, academia, government and corporate organisations. Jacinta is also an Executive Board member of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO). Happening has offices in Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool and London. |
