Announcing the Venue Location Service from Eventia- Stand P156

The Venue Location Service is a free, quick and easy service designed to simplify the process of finding a venue.

This service is offered by the destination members of Eventia. These organisations, often Conference Bureaux, all offer a unique, impartial venue finding service. They can assist with all aspects of an event from sourcing the venue through to organising on-site registration, planning social programmes and putting buyers in touch with local suppliers.

This free service is quick and easy and brought to buyers through the Eventia website www.eventia.org.uk.

The service offers many benefits:
• It's easy – access is through the Eventia website.
• It's free - saving buyers time and money
• It's impartial - Eventia doesn’t take a commission so one venue won't be recommend over another.
• It offers Nationwide coverage - over 40 destinations giving access to over 3000 venues
• All 43 destinations offer local knowledge and understanding.

Eventia will be showcasing the Venue Location Service at International Confex, 23rd-25th February at Earls Court on stand P156. Buyers can come and enjoy drinks and nibbles courtesy of Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues and take part in a free prize draw to win one of several fabulous prizes all donated by Eventia members – including a 2 night stay in a deluxe sea view room at the Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, Amsterdam; a 2 night stay in a deluxe sea view room bed and breakfast at Fairmont, St Andrews and one week at Coral Beach Hotel, Pafos.
