Grove House First Open Evening to Pamper its clients!

Grade II listed Grove House, is hosting its first open evening for clients on Thursday 30th November 2011. Guests will be treated to a pre-Christmas pamper with mini massages and mini make-overs together with drinks and canapés and Christmas entertainment.

Situated in south west London near Putney and Wimbledon, the house has three beautiful rooms which can accommodate from 10 to 150 guests for ceremonies.

This stunning Georgian house is set in 4 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking a lake and a lily pond. Roehampton Great House originally stood on this site which was built for the Lord High Treasurer of England in 1625 – some of the foundations are still visible in the cellar of Grove House today. The present house was built by James Wyatt in 1792 for Sir Joshua Vanneck.

This flexible venue is available now to accommodate wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions and meetings. Grove House also has vast grounds and is able to accommodate larger receptions and dinners in marquees.
