Following the successful Oyster Summer party held on 15 July 2009, the
21 Oysters have continued their campaign with a weekly prize draw for 21 weeks.

It kicked off with the first prize being drawn on 29 July and subsequently every Wednesday until 16 December. Winners will be picked from the guests who attended the Oyster Summer Party with prizes ranging from unique gifts to weekends away to some top destinations represented by a national tourism organisation. To date we’ve had 6 winners winning some fantastic prizes ranging from goodie bag from Germany, leather wine carrier and 2 bottles of wine from Australia to a weekend for 2 including flights, hotel and guided tour for 2 in Brussels.

The Oysters will announce the winners on their newly launched Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn pages and the winner can only find out by logging on each Wednesday.

Besides the weekly prize draw, the Oysters will have regular destination updates, venue news, campaigns and events that they will be organising.

On the 15th July 2009, Where the World is Your Oyster and Confex After Hours presented the Oyster Summer Party, a networking event created specifically for event organisers to meet each other, a host of international destinations and have fun.

With the state of the economy creating low spirits, Confex After Hours and the Oysters teamed up to provide an event to counteract this and to help everyone feel 'on top of the world'; with fun, food, drink and business networking.
