Did you know…..?

Over 40 highly regarded media attend International Confex every year to gather the latest news and stories from across this exciting industry. This is your opportunity to get in front of some of the most influential journalists in the sector and help set their editorial agendas for the rest of the year!

Every journalist that visits the International Confex Press Office goes away with a USB stick containing the digital press packs of our exhibitors, which results in numerous reviews of the show each year. Items suitable for submission include: press releases, images, product information, case studies, white papers and spokesperson biographies.

Top tips:

  • Combined files must not exceed 4MB per exhibitor and submissions should be sent through on one email to ensure that all files are included and do not get lost. 
  • Please title your email with the show name, company name and stand number: e.g. International Confex, Event Track, Stand A13.
  • Individual hard copy press packs will not be accepted in the on-site Press Office, so it is important that we receive these materials by the deadline date. 
  • Try to include at least one NEW piece of news which is not already published in the media or on the show website.
  • DEADLINE: please send your submissions to confexpr@ubm.com no later than Tuesday 21st  February 2012.

Please note: To ensure that all exhibitor press materials can be uploaded to the USB sticks, we are being extremely strict with the digital press pack submissions this year.  Therefore, any press packs larger than the stated submission size of 4MB will not be accepted and any press packs received after the deadline will not be included.

And don’t forget each year we create a calendar of events so we can let members of the press know what is going on across the show floor, when and where to find you.  Be sure to let us know if you are planning any set time product launches, demonstrations, competitions, etc.
